Ashley Chang

Ashley graduated with honors from the University of California, Berkeley and has over four years of project mentorship experience. She helps students build meaningful nonprofit and leadership initiatives from initial concept to real execution.

Her approach is hands-on and mentorship-driven: weekly meetings that guide students step by step, from brainstorming and scope definition to outreach, operations, and measurable deliverables.

She has extensive experience mentoring students on nonprofit initiatives, community organizations, entrepreneurial ventures, and passion projects that demonstrate leadership and real-world impact. One student she mentored built a chapter organization with more than 200 members.
